Q: When will I receive my treasure?
A: The simple answer is: “as soon as we can find it, and the courier can ship it to you.” A more detailed answer is: “once we receive your request, we’ll add it to our list. We’ll begin to scrutinize our upcoming itinerary and talk with our advisors about the best place to find your treasure. Once we’ve got an idea, we’ll send you an email with an estimate for the cost of the item and shipping. Once you give us the go ahead, we can tell you about when to expect the item.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: If you get cold feet, send an email to email@example.com. If the item’s already in the mail, you might be out of luck, unless we can find another buyer and forward it to them. In all other cases, we’ll just cross you off the list and no harm no foul.
Q: How and when do I pay?
A: Once we agree on a price, we’ll send you a Paypal bill. If, for some reason, you would prefer to pay via another method, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
