Now, in an old British colonial house in the old Indian capital of Calcutta, your perhaps less humble correspondent Mr. Scott Norton emerges from a flurry of longitude, latitude, photoshop filters, and web scripting languages.<\/p>\n

All the while wheeling and taking photos, I carry a small GPS datalogger<\/a> that tracks our movement. I then process the data using various tools (1<\/a> 2<\/a> 3<\/a>) and serve it to you, our most devoted readers, for enjoyment.<\/p>\n

How can you benefit? Two ways:<\/p>\n

  1. Point your browser to our maps page,<\/a> to see up to date progress on our itinerary and photos that we’ve taken.\ufffd \/maps\/<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Download an automatically updating Google Earth file<\/a> that contains our Blog Posts, Photos, GPS recorded routes, and planned itinerary. You’ll need Google Earth <\/a>for this.
